Chimpanzees sanctuary. Located at the foothill of the snow-capped Mount Kenya and the Aberdares Ranges, the reserve is home to endangered white and black-rhinos and non-indigenous chimpanzees’ sanctuary. The park is home to the big five, herbivores and birds too. The Chimp’s here were rescued from captivity in war-torn countries such as Burundi, Congo and now have adapted to their natural environment.
